Scope of Services
MakersFixers provides 3D printer repair, maintenance, setup, and training for schools within the Greenville County School District in South Carolina. All services are performed to the best of our knowledge and abilities using standard industry practices.

While MakersFixers takes every precaution to ensure proper handling and repair of your equipment, we cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing damage, hardware defects, or issues resulting from manufacturer errors. By accepting our services, you acknowledge that 3D printing equipment may carry inherent risks and that MakersFixers is not liable for any consequential damage, loss of data, or downtime beyond the scope of services provided.
Privacy Policy - the basics
At MakersFixers, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting the information you provide. We collect contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, and school or organization name, as well as service-related information including the type of 3D printer, service history, and any notes related to repairs or training sessions. We also retain records of communications regarding appointments or inquiries. Payment & Invoicing
Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon prior to, or at the end of service, whichever happens first. Invoices will include a breakdown of labor, parts, service, and applicable taxes. Any service performed without a completed invoice or signed work order may be considered billable at the discretion of MakersFixers.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid potential service fees.
Warranty & Follow-Up
Repairs performed by MakersFixers are guaranteed for 30 days unless otherwise specified. This guarantee covers only the work performed and does not include manufacturer parts or unrelated equipment failures.
